Who this statement covers
Everyone whose data we process: visitors to our website, clients and their contacts, staff and freelancers who work through us, applicants and anyone who contacts us. It also covers our own platform for planning and hours.
What we process
Contact details such as name, email address, phone number and company name. Details about requests, assignments, planning and hours worked. Details needed for invoices and payments. For staff and freelancers, also the details needed to place and pay them, and details the law requires us to record.
What we use it for
To answer questions and requests, plan and carry out assignments, record hours and have them approved, invoice and pay, meet legal obligations, and keep our website and services working well and securely. We do this because it’s needed for an agreement, because the law requires it, because we have a legitimate interest, or because you gave permission.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it. For example clients when we place someone with them, companies that help us with hosting, email, planning, accounting and payments, and authorities when the law requires it. Those companies only process data on our behalf. If that happens outside the European Union, it’s only with the safeguards the GDPR requires. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
No longer than needed for the purpose we received it for. Details we need for our accounts are kept for as long as the law requires.
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your details against loss and unauthorised use.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use cookies for statistics or advertising, and doesn’t load fonts or scripts from other companies. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies.
Photos
The photos of our staff on this website are used with their permission. If you’re in a photo and want it removed, email us and we’ll take it down.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, and withdraw any permission you gave. Email info@nicopersoneel.com and we’ll respond within a month. If you’re not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this statement when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
